The New Year is just days old. And it’s the perfect time to
take one last look back at 2012 with a review of the most read articles on the
JCC Banter Blog for the year gone by.
Uploaded in March, our most viewed blog post of 2012 was
written by guest blogger Sarah Kleinman, an Indiana native. In the article, Love Spinning? There’s an App for That, Sarah writes about a smart
phone app she designed for those seeking a customized and personalized spin
class experience.
Posted in October, the second most popular blog article of
2012 also was authored by one of our many talented guest bloggers, the author
John Hawkins. His 3 Tips to Help You
Achieve Your Goals offers reasonable steps that you can incorporate into
your goal-setting process to make you more successful.
From May, the third most viewed blog post of 2012 was
written by our own JCC Indy Director of Health and Wellness, Katherine Matutes,
Ph.D. In her post, The Trickle-Down
Effect, Katherine offers advice that is as appropriate as ever in this
season of resolutions. She writes about using a group challenge to help her
friends and family reach their fitness goals.
Read The Trickle Down Effect.
Remember, you can always read JCC Banter Blog archive stories
using the navigation on the right side of the blog page.
We look forward to bringing you more great stories and advice
columns here at the blog in 2013.
Happy New Year!
